To complete the setup of the Agency's new Email Signature format for your Office 365 Email account, copy and past the example in the attached document into your Email Signature setup and make the changes as needed to reflect your name, job title, location and contact information.  As per the Agency's new branding policy, do not change font colors, font style, font size, format or logo size.  Do not add any additional information or quotes.


If the copy and paste function of the logo does not work, you can download the attached logo JPG file and use the "Insert" clipart function in the Email Signature setup.
