For Repair Service, call: (210) 805-0499 / (800) 292-2160

You will be ask by the Xerox customer service representative to provide the Equipment ID / EQ number, which is located on the Xerox label attached to the copier or printer.

Example:

The toner or other supplies will be sent directly to you location.
