If your Office 365 Outlook on the Web Email signature is not displaying the Agency colors and logo even though you followed the instructions and setup your Email Signature correctly, your Office 365 Outlook Message Format setting is set to “Plain Text” and will need to be changed to “HTML”. The "Plain Text" format will not display colors or logos.
