To allow Agency staff the option of resetting their Office 365 Outlook on the Web Email account password without having to contact the Family Service ITHelpDesk, the IT Department has enabled the Office 365 Outlook on the Web password reset feature. Staff will be able to reset their password 24/7, 365 days a year without assistance from the ITHelpDesk.
